SKA PUNK NIGHT

From the UK and fronted by a big rapper with a Yorkshire accent and and an aggressive singer who is simultaneously technically brilliant on guitar, backed up by a powerful brass section and a mathematically precise rhythm section. The old adage of 'has to be seen/heard to be believed' has never rung truer than with China Shop Bull. Yes they combine elements of hip hop, punk, ska, drum and bass and reggae. But the point is that they do so with excellent musicianship and and incredible energy!

Jet 8

Jet8 present themselves as a brass-punk cocktail, because their style comes from the punk rock and hard core roots. But there is something more behind that which comes from their passion to do the things there own way and following D.I.Y. ethics. The world ska-core scene (which they feel being part of) is a great source of inspiration as well. Jet8 are having gigs with the well renownedand respected bands on the ska-core scene and also managing and promoting their own gigs, D.I.Y. festival Bunch Fest and all the stuff to keep the things on the scene moving. Skate and bike culture scene is another source influencing this band. This wild bunch toured many countryes like Germany, France, Belgium, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland and had also two tours in England and earned the respect on the European scene.

They’ve played with bands such as Random Hand,The Toasters, The Prosecution, Skarface, Argies, Astpai, Tagada Jones, Faintest Idea,The Junk, Thee Infidels and many others...

Killaflaw (UK)

Named after a track by legendary bluesman Howlin’ Wolf, Killaflaw inhabit the rave/rock interzone. They’re from Liverpool, and consist of Benn Helm (vocals, guitar) and Andy Paton (electronics).

Killaflaw have been likened to a number of other acts – “like Led Zep meet the Chemical Brothers”, “the missing link between Soundgarden and The Prodigy” – but really they have a sound that is uniquely their own.

Recently signed to seminal independent label Wall Of Sound, their first release on the label is the 'Broken Idol EP'.
